The lists are not exhaustive but aim to direct educational professionals to the most recent research in the field as well as inform the whole-school community of proactive and reactive methods to reduce bullying and create postive learning environments. Some resources lists will also will assist in assist teaching and learning; aiming to raise the awareness and promote understanding of bullying, whether during PSHE/ Citizenship lessons or through a more cross-curricular approach. This page aims to point you in the direction of useful resources that could be used as teaching tools. It contains a list of literacy texts that would be useful to approach the issue of bullying through the literacy hour at Primary and Secondary School. It also lists a number of PSHE/ Citizenship resource packs that are available to schools and details of production companies/ workshop groups. This page lists contact details of useful organisations that deal with bullying and the wider issues. It is divided into several sections. It is primarily for you to research/ follow-up independantly depending on your own school needs and interests. This page lists academic texts on various themes and issues surrounding bullying in Primary and Secondary schools. They are listed in themed sections. They have been selected for the purpose of increasing your own knowledge in certain areas, not as teaching tools to be used in the classroom.
