We aim to create a safer, happier, more emotionally secure learning environment for young people in Leicestershire schools and communities.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to thrive and prosper emotionally, socially and academically. We want to inspire everyone in Leicestershire to take responsibility for bullying and to help make Leicestershire a place where bullying is no longer tolerated in any form.
We work actively in partnership with schools, parents and other agencies to improve behaviour, develop inclusive practice and reduce bullying. We support the five outcomes of Every Child Matters. We believe that every child has the right to be healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and to enjoy economic well being.
We work hard to promote and develop a culture of acceptance, participation, friendship and inclusion for all and believe that all members of the school community have the right to feel valued, equal and respected and to be able to come to school without fear.
